Hop is free software provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. By downloading and using Hop, you agree to these terms.

Use

Hop is free to use for personal and commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or sell Hop or modified versions of it.

Permissions

Hop requires two macOS permissions to function: Accessibility (to intercept the Cmd+Tab shortcut and list open windows) and Screen Recording (to capture live window thumbnails). These permissions are used solely for the window switching functionality and are never used to record, store, or transmit the contents of your screen.

Updates

Hop checks for updates automatically using the Sparkle framework. You can install updates when prompted or dismiss them. No update is ever installed without your confirmation.
